- title: Apple Valley
- type: town
- jurisdiction: Town of Apple Valley
- region: High Desert

## Key findings
- **Mayor:** incumbent **Scott Nassif** (unopposed in 2024) faces **David Dencker, Robert Lucero and Angelita Valles**. [^1][^2]
- **Both council incumbents face two challengers.** District 3: Kari Leon vs. Ted Bohanon and Evaggelia Markov. District 4: Curt Emick vs. Brian Cochrane and Matthew Rutledge. [^1]
- Voters passed a **1-cent sales tax (Measure P) in 2024 with 64%**, and the town set up a citizens' oversight committee for it. How that money has been spent is the main record to ask the incumbents about. [^3][^2]
