# Barstow (local, San Bernardino County)

URL: https://www.californiapeople.org/local/barstow

- title: Barstow
- type: city
- jurisdiction: City of Barstow
- region: High Desert

## Key findings
- **District 1 is open** (Carmen Hernandez isn't running): Sonia Compton, Valerie Lee and Kelly M. Parker. **District 2:** incumbent James Noble faces Latron Lester. [^1]
- **Measure C**, a Barstow Community College District bond, is on the same ballot (see school districts).
- I found almost no independent reporting on these candidates. The county voter guide's candidate statements are the best source.
