Barstow

#Key findings

• District 1 is open (Carmen Hernandez isn't running): Sonia Compton, Valerie Lee and Kelly M. Parker. District 2: incumbent James Noble faces Latron Lester. ^[1]
• Measure C, a Barstow Community College District bond, is on the same ballot (see school districts).
• I found almost no independent reporting on these candidates. The county voter guide's candidate statements are the best source.

#Council District 1
